Bespoke displays cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please inspect all displays upon receipt of goods as these can not be returned. We must be made aware of any damaged displays delivered by post within 48 hours of receiving goods. A photograph of damage is required.

Flower stems are made from silk. Please avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Stems are low maintenance and only require occasional dusting. We do not advise spraying your stems.
